We at OAAS process 10’s of thousands of brass cases a month and although we throw out damaged or unusable brass, there is always a possibility that we may miss one or two damaged cases. It is the reloaders responsibility to ensure that the brass is checked and proper brass prep is done on the cases before reloading. We urge all our clients to check trim length, chamfer, debur, ream primer pockets (Especially important on crimped 223/5.56/7.62 x 39 cases) as well as FULL length size all the brass as if time allows, we only deprime the brass and do not resize unless otherwise stated.
